El Silencio, a Luxury Retreat in Costa Rica

A week of sheer magic located in the enchanted cloud forest of Costa Rica. Luxurious and peaceful, El Silencio promises to be a week of absolute rejuvenation for all your senses. Kenny and Sianna will weave together the transformative power of yoga with the beauty of the natural surroundings. In the company of friendship, we will deepen our connection to our hearts through our close relationship with the earth.

El Silencio is a 500 acre private forest reserve with hidden waterfalls, mystical hiking trails, flourishing wildlife, and organic gourmet meals from the land. Each luxury suite has a private outdoor jacuzzi fed by pure mountain spring water, a gas fireplace, spacious interior design with gorgeous views, and the finest linens. There is a full service spa and a secluded yoga deck surrounded by running water and lush gardens.

The general daily schedule will include: 2 yoga classes (one more active in the morning about 2.5 hours long; the afternoon one more quiet and inward about 2 hours long), 3 spectacular meals with sit-down service, meditation, chanting and spontaneous acts of creativity and play. There will be free time for hiking, meditating, being quiet, writing in your journal or being engaged with the other participants.

This intimate retreat will be limited to 26 participants. All suites have one large king sized bed and 2 convertible single beds. 1-2 occupants per room. Please register early.

About Sianna and Kenny

Sianna and Kenny are certified Anusara Yoga teachers who bring a soulful and playful connection to the practice of yoga. Together they create a supportive environment where each person can feel the abundance of health, vitality and love. Both instructors are trained extensively by Anusara Yoga's founder, John Friend.

One of their favorite ways to teach is in collaboration with each other. Together they lead eco-sanctuary yoga journeys all around the world.

COSTS, DEPOSIT, AND CANCELLATION

Double Occupancy: $1850

Single Occupancy: $2650

If you cancel before January 15, 2009, we will refund $350 of your deposit. If you must cancel after January 15, 2009 AND WE CANNOT FILL YOUR SPOT, no monies are refunded.

If you cancel after January 15, 2009 after paying the balance in full, and we can fill your place, we will refund the balance paid MINUS $150. If we cannot fill your spot, we cannot refund any monies due to our contract with El Silencio.

Please note: all registrations three weeks prior to start date of the retreat must pay in full by credit card at time of registration.

Additional Travel Information

Attendees should fly into the San Jose International Airport in Costa Rica. Please let debATopentograce.com know your arrival time as we will be arranging for transportation from the airport to El Silencio which is about a 60 minute drive from the airport.
